Meet the Founder
HFB Principle Solutions LLC is a single-member company founded in 2022 by Rochelle D. Bridgeman. What does “HFB” stand for? It stands for Harold and Frances Bridgeman, Sr., who were Rochelle’s loving and caring parents. This company is dedicated to them for all their hard work and devotion.
Over the years, many professionals have said I need to start my own HR consulting company. Employees, executives, including business owners sought me for their HR needs. Well, with over 20+ years of practical, on-job experience in many facets of human resource management, they were right. Finally, it was time for me to take a leap of faith to be an entrepreneur in an industry I love.

I have worked for Fortune 50 and 100 companies, non-profits, and even law firms; and have extensive national and global experience specializing in California. I have a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion. I hold certificates in Diversity and Inclusion and People Analytics, and continuing development as a certified EEO Investigator, Conflict Manager, and Change Management Specialist.
I offer full-cycle end-to-end HR solutions ranging from employee relations support to HR consulting. This includes collaborating and partnering with leadership.
While a lot has changed in the HR field, my passion for providing valuable and actionable insight to expand my clients' HR capabilities has only strengthened. My HR consulting and expertise covers the entire HR lifecycle, from the soft side of HR, including mentoring and advice, to the technical side, such as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
